What We Are Not.

We are not a staffing agency.

With years of experience working with some of the top agencies in the GTA, we’ve gained invaluable knowledge and expertise that will continue to shape our work moving forward. However, there are some practices we’ll leave in the past:

  • Aside from our network, we do not post ads on job boards, also known as “post and pray,” hoping the right candidate will apply. We understand this is the best of who is available now.
  • We do not submit the same candidate to multiple companies to create competition and drive up urgency.
